Mieko Watanabe Born in Tokyo. She graduated from Joshibi University of Fine Arts and Music High School and Otsuka Textile Academy. She founded a textile planning company, then she launched SEEK BASIS, and she was in charge of fabrics and design.

Eman Kawasaki Born in Kagawa Prefecture. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, she joined SEEK BASIS in 2001. She is in charge of pattern creation and sewing.
